Equinox 3.8.x环境下在org.eclipse.osgi单独无法在eclipse console 中运行，报错：

MESSAGE Could not find bundle: org.eclipse.equinox.console 而老版本是没有问题的，原因如下：解决方法是再引入以三下bundle：

org.eclipse.equinox.console

org.apache.felix.gogo.runtime

org.apache.felix.gogo.command

org.apache.felix.gogo.shell
